Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We use these service providers to run Esprevia:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

You can change your choice anytime with Your privacy choices at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a "no" to advertising cookies automatically.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states), you may have these rights by law. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Washington and Nevada consumer health data

See our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for the full details these states require.

Esprevia makes coffee for different phases of the menstrual cycle. Some laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act, treat information that could reveal someone's reproductive or menstrual health as "consumer health data", even if it's only inferred from a visit or a signup. We collect only the information listed above, we use it only for the purposes listed above, and we don't sell it. Advertising data goes to Meta only after you accept cookies. You can ask us to delete it or withdraw consent at any time using the steps above.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Reservation and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually seven years).

Security

The site runs on HTTPS, our email and payment providers encrypt data, and only the people who run Esprevia can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.

Children

Esprevia is for adults. The site isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll email the people on our list.
