Here's exactly how a founding reservation works. Questions: contact@esprevia.com.
What you pay
A founding reservation is a one-time $5 deposit. There are no other fees. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
Founding spots are limited to 1,000. Once they're gone, the reservation closes and everyone else can join the free waitlist.
What you get
- The founding price, our lowest, held for your first Cycle Kit.
- Your $5 credited in full toward that first Cycle Kit.
- Early access before the public launch.
A reservation is not an order. You choose whether to buy when we launch, and you'll see the full price before you pay anything more.
Where we ship
At launch we ship to addresses in the United States only, and founding reservations are for people with a US shipping address. Checkout asks for your shipping address and only accepts US ones. If a reservation is made from outside the US, or we find we can't ship to you, we'll refund your deposit in full.
Our launch promise
We plan to ship Cycle Kits to founding members by July 31, 2027. We'll email founding members with progress updates along the way and with a firm ship date once production is scheduled.
Refunds
Founding deposits help pay for our first production run, so they are non-refundable, with one exception:
- If we haven't shipped Cycle Kits to founding members by July 31, 2027, you can request a full refund of your deposit. Email contact@esprevia.com from the address you reserved with, with the subject "Refund request". We'll refund the full $5 to your original payment method, and it usually appears within 5–10 business days.
If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, email contact@esprevia.com and we'll refund the extra charge right away.
If you don't buy at launch
A reservation is not an order: you choose whether to buy when we launch. Your $5 stays credited to you as long as founding pricing is offered. If you decide not to buy, the deposit isn't refunded, unless the July 31, 2027 promise above applies.
If Esprevia doesn't launch
If we stop development before shipping, we'll refund every deposit in full automatically.
