These terms apply to esprevia.com and to joining our waitlist or reserving a founding spot. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: contact@esprevia.com.

Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older to reserve a founding spot or buy from us. The site is for personal, non-commercial use in the United States.

Pre-launch

Esprevia hasn't launched yet. Product details, ingredients, amounts, pricing and dates on the site describe what we're working toward and may change before launch. We'll tell waitlist members and founders about any meaningful change before they're asked to pay for a product.

Founding reservations

A founding reservation is a deposit that holds our founding price for you and is credited to your first Cycle Kit. Refunds and timing are explained in our Reservations & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

Not medical advice

Information on this site is for general education. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace advice from your doctor. Our statements haven't been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before using supplements if you're pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, taking medication (including hormonal birth control or fertility treatment), or have a medical condition.

When you join the waitlist you agree to receive marketing emails from Esprevia. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

Our content

The text, photos, designs and the Esprevia name on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated signups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information in forms.

Limits of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Esprevia isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability to you relating to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Esprevia is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don't apply to reservations already made.
